| This breeding between Mariah and Bodie is going to be a very very nice combination of two great dogs, Mariah has always produced beautiful puppies with tremendous coat, bone and outstanding temperaments. Bodie's last litter for us produced outstanding puppies with beautiful coats, nice blocky heads, nice bone, tons of personality all with love of water and birds. We expect the same quality of puppy from this litter.
Puppies from this litter will be great for show, hunting, obedience and companion homes.

| Both Jake and Ali have tremendous bone and coat, Ali is 70lbs and is a great retriever, very birdy and loves the water, Jake is 85lbs and a beautiful example of a male chessie with attitude, confidence, devotion and dedication. We expect nice blocky headed puppies with great bone, coat and temperaments, natural birdieness and a love for the water. This is a repeat breeding from two years ago between Jake and Ali that produced puppies much like their parents with tremendous temperament,nice bone and coats. At 8 weeks of age this litter was very birdy with tons of drive, ability and ambition, several of the puppies have gone on to become flyball champions,agility and obedience dogs and several have become wonderful hunting partners for their owners. We are looking forward to more of the same from this current litter.

| We are very excited to offer this great breeding between two outstanding dogs Jake and Lacey. Both Jake and Lacey are outstanding examples of this great breed, both have excellent temperaments get along well with other dogs, love kids and enjoy being part of the family. Lacey finished her Championship with ease at an early age, she has outstanding conformation, beautiful coat and bone, tons of ability, drive and is very birdy. Jake is a once in a lifetime dog he is so devoted to his family such an easy tempered dog will do what ever is asked of him when asked. He is nuts for water and retrieving his field training has began and is showing promise to be a great bird dog. All puppies expected to be medium to dark brown and well suited for companion, field and show homes. |

| "Sage" is a very pretty, light deadgrass girl, with correct conformation, nice temperament and good movement. She is originally from a long-standing kennel in Maryland. She has been raised in Northern California with other Chessies. She is "birdy", intelligent and willing to learn. She is smaller in bone than most Chesapeakes, but makes up for that in personality and drive. Her coat is a nice typical "deadgrass" coat. She has a three point major towards her Conformation Championship, but unfortunately, she is not a fan of the show ring. I will be starting her in tracking and certifying her as a therapy dog. She loves people, children, dogs, and other animals, including cats, rabbits, and chinchillas! Breeding her to "Tanner" will enhance her bone and coat. These are sure to be nice puppies, with the hopes of lots of deadgrass. All puppies are whelped in our house, handled daily, socialized and loved for. All are parasite free, will be vaccinated at 8 weeks, Microchipped, dew claws removed and vet checked prior to going to their new forever homes. Sage and Tanners first litter was a litter of 10 beautiful all light deadgrass puppies. |
